Phionah Kirabo brings over four years of experience in agriculture, climate action, community development, and program leadership. She has led climate initiatives in partnership with DOT Rwanda, promoted sustainable farming, and empowered youth to build resilient livelihoods in collaboration with the Mastercard Foundation.

Phionah holds a bachelor’s degree in agriculture (Crop Science) and an MBA, blending technical expertise with strategic business skills. Her work spans farmer training, partnership development, social enterprise growth, and empowering women and smallholder farmers through agribusiness ventures.
