Dumbani Nachinga serves as Partnerships and Business Development Officer for KickStart International in Zambia, supporting work across the Copperbelt, Northwestern, and Central regions. In this role, she drives revenue growth and expands market demand for KickStart’s irrigation pumps by building strategic partnerships with NGOs, agro-dealers, government agencies, and private companies. She also trains farmers on irrigation and basic agribusiness skills, and supports dealers with product knowledge, branding, stock management, and customer engagement.

Dumbani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from Mulungushi University. She began her career as a Frontline Agent with Cactus Financial Services before serving for seven years as Sales and Marketing Officer at Afrika Builders Merchants Limited, where she supported business growth and market expansion. She later worked as a Customer Service Officer at Limestone Limited (formerly Ndola Lime) before joining KickStart in January 2025.
