Aaron Kibira serves as Partnerships and Business Development Officer for KickStart International in Northern Tanzania, supporting work across Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Tanga, Manyara, and Singida regions. Since 2024, he has worked with partners, cooperatives, and farmer groups to expand access to irrigation pumps and strengthen agricultural market linkages across the zone.

Aaron brings more than 20 years of experience working with agricultural companies and NGOs in Tanzania. Prior to joining KickStart, he served as a Business Advisor and Field Officer with TechnoServe Tanzania and Save the Children. He also has extensive experience supporting agricultural and marketing cooperatives in the tobacco sector.

He holds a degree in Agriculture Education and Extension from Sokoine University of Agriculture.
