Senior Partnership and Sales Officer

Since joining KickStart International in January 2023, Derrick Ssemyalo has served as a senior partnership and sales officer for Eastern Uganda.

Derrick brings with him 2 years of experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of water pumps, along with 3 years’ experience in sales of irrigation, water, and energy solutions. He obtained this experience while working with Akvo International Ltd, first as a mechanical technician and later as a sales engineer.

He holds a national diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Uganda Technical College Kyema and a Bachelor’s degree of Engineering in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from Kyambogo University.
