Michael started with KickStart in 2005 and is responsible for managing the finances, human resources, and administrative functions for the US side of our operations. He works in coordination with the finance and administrative functions in Kenya, as well as the fundraising team in New York.

Michael holds a B.A. in International Relations from Pomona College and worked for a large US airline as well as for a human rights organization before joining KickStart.
