Namonda Kamayoyo serves as Finance and Office Manager for KickStart International in Zambia, supporting operations across Southern Africa. In this role, she provides strategic oversight in finance, human resources, and administration, helping ensure effective systems, compliance, and smooth execution of organizational priorities across the region.

Namonda brings experience in regional operations, project accounting for donor-funded initiatives, and the development of corporate social enterprise and income-generating strategies for NGOs. She has worked in dynamic, multicultural environments where collaboration, accountability, and strong financial management are essential to achieving impact.

She holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Zambia Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Analysis and Audit from St. Petersburg State University of Economics, and a Certificate in Business Intelligence and Analytics from Mulungushi University.
