Dorris Tochiu Imaria

Dorris Tochiu Imaria is a finance professional with more than 16 years of experience in audit, financial reporting, and financial management. She has worked with firms including PKF East Africa as an auditor, Deloitte and Touché as a financial reporting consultant, and RSM East Africa as a consultant. She has also served as a consulting CFO for Kawai Consulting Limited, SoproCFO, and several government entities in Kenya.

Dorris played a key consulting role with Kenya’s National Treasury, working through Deloitte and Touché to support the transition of multiple government entities from cash to accrual accounting.

Her experience and leadership led to her appointment to the boards of two Kenyan government entities, where she served as Chair of the Finance Committee for one and Chair of the Audit Committee for another between 2020 and 2024. In March 2026, she was appointed as a non-executive council member of Kericho National Polytechnic in Kenya.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of Nairobi, is an ACCA Affiliate, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree at Africa International University.
