Elliott is the Manager for Synergos Consulting Services. He is a graduate of the Olayan School of Business at the American University of Beirut. He previously worked in the consulting division of Deloitte & Touche Middle East, where he contributed to projects involving organization transformation, corporate governance compliance, and performance evaluation. Elliott’s work at Synergos focuses on philanthropic program design, benchmarking, and implementation. He has supported client engagements throughout the Middle East and Africa.

Lindsey Brown is currently part of the Business Transformation team at ActiveHealth Management (a subsidiary of Aetna), responsible for driving down cost while improving performance across the organization. Prior to ActiveHealth, Lindsey worked for 2 years in Management Consulting at Accenture, specializing in healthcare work at payors.

Melissa is an Operations & Logistics Manager at Uber, where she focuses on supply growth, but leaves time to play with dogs in the office. She started her career at McKinsey & Company, where her favorite projects focused on global health and development. She was first exposed to social entrepreneurship at Yale, where she spent time studying East Africa.
