Kennedy Thiong’o joined KickStart in 2022 and serves as the Project Lead for the Rent to Try and Buy initiative. He oversees the planning and implementation of project activities, including farmer training, marketing, and performance monitoring, to ensure the model expands irrigation access and supports farmers in building sustainable livelihoods.
He holds a B.A. in Agribusiness Trade and Management with a focus on horticulture management (agronomy) from Kenyatta University, as well as a certificate in purchasing and supplies management from Zetech University.
Outside of work, Kennedy enjoys traveling, football, hiking, and spending time with his family.
