Ernest is passionate about using his skills to make a positive difference in the lives of smallholder farmers across Tanzania.

With a background in horticulture business development and project management, Ernest is adept at identifying and pursuing partnership opportunities to support KickStart’s mission of lifting millions of people in Africa out of poverty sustainably. He excels in establishing relationships, preparing joint venture agreements, and managing and ensuring the effective monitoring of project performance across key countries on the continent.

Ernest’s strategic vision is to position KickStart as the organization of first choice for development stakeholders in the agricultural sector for smallholder farmers in Tanzania.
