Andrew is a consultant in Accenture’s Communications, Media and High Tech consulting practice, where he focuses on analytics and big data. He started his career at Riveron Consulting, providing M&A consulting services to middle market private equity groups. Andrew is a native New Yorker, an avid golfer and a golden retriever enthusiast. He graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BS in Economics with financial applications and a minor in Art History.
Melissa is an Operations & Logistics Manager at Uber, where she focuses on supply growth, but leaves time to play with dogs in the office. She started her career at McKinsey & Company, where her favorite projects focused on global health and development. She was first exposed to social entrepreneurship at Yale, where she spent time studying East Africa. Elliott is the Manager for Synergos Consulting Services. He is a graduate of the Olayan School of Business at the American University of Beirut. He previously worked in the consulting division of Deloitte & Touche Middle East, where he contributed to projects involving organization transformation, corporate governance compliance, and performance evaluation. Elliott’s work at Synergos focuses on philanthropic program design, benchmarking, and implementation. He has supported client engagements throughout the Middle East and Africa.
Enyinnaya is a Product Manager in the technology division of a leading hedge fund. He focuses on strategy, business architecture, design, and delivery across multiple post-trade applications. Prior to that, he worked as a business analyst at a leading Investment Bank covering product implementation across Equities and Delta One trading. He was born and raised in the vibrant city of Lagos, Nigeria, where most of his family still resides. He enjoys music, film/theater, and building relationships. He is passionate about social mobility through education and sustainable solutions to poverty alleviation.
Rachel is a Marketing Manager at Nielsen where she provides strategic positioning and messaging for new business and contract renewals. She is a reader, amateur painter, food snob and die hard NY Giants fan, in her free time delivering football lectures to her girlfriends. Rachel received a dual degree in Global Studies and Psychology from Lehigh University, where she graduated with high honors.
