David directs KickStart’s partnership sales strategy, program activities, and donor funded projects across East Africa, including Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, South Sudan and Ethiopia. He leads positively with a tactical approach to researching, developing and managing current and new partners in the region that include local agricultural distributors, grassroots and international NGOs, as well as state and local governments.
Passionate about project management and strategy, David is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with over 22 years of experience. He obtained both his BA in Business and Economics and his MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi. Before joining KickStart, David worked as Quality Management consultant and a certified Auditor in ISO, and with various companies that include Gillette UK, Brookside, Chandaria Industries, and National Oil Corporation.
