Angela Omondi

Human Resources Officer

Angela oversees the Human Resources functions at the Africa Headquarters in Nairobi, leading the organization in recruitment, staff trainings, career development, and records management. Angela joined Kickstart in February 2019, with prior managerial experience in the hospitality and relief sector of the non-profit industry. Prior to KickStart she spent two years as Human Resource & Field Officer at Innovation for Poverty Action, and also worked for Islamic Relief Somalia and the Poverty Eradication Network by managing HR functions.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Nairobi, as well as a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the College of Human Resources. She is also an active member of the Nairobi NGO HR Round Table Forum and the Institute of Human Resource Management.
